Cueva Nueva Happy Hour Takeover

A Happy Hour you’ll rush to but not rush through.

On Tuesday, September 23 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, join us for Cueva Nueva‘s Happy Hour Takeover. We’ll be pouring samples of their Spanish vermut alongside owner Phi Peinado, as he brings the Spanish art of savoring sips to Chicago.

Alongside samples, enjoy the El Clásico, Spanish Fizz, Boulevardier, and Spanish Negroni cocktails, all featuring Cueva Nueva and offered exclusively at the Happy Hour Takeover. And because a Spanish Happy Hour isn’t complete without pintxos, we’ll be serving exclusive bites, including the “Chicago Style” Txistorra Dog that celebrates this Spanish-Chicago collab.

No reservation required, just join us to discover your new favorite beverage. All Happy Hour guests will get to take home gifts from our Cueva Nueva friends while supplies last, so be sure to come early!
