On Wednesday, August 13, Mon Ami Gabi and Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! are thrilled to bring back their annual Pig Roast, this year with a Bayou twist! Hosted at Mon Ami Gabi (2300 N Lincoln Park West), Executive Chefs David Koehn and Eric Jorgensen present a six-course, family-style spread that beautifully combines flavors from the Basque region and the South.

From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, adventure through dishes like Arroz Jambalaya, Corn and Pepper Maque Choux, Heirloom Tomato Salad, Fresh Beignets, and of course, a Whole Roast Pig from Slagel Family Farms. Paired beverages will be served throughout the afternoon.
