Master the art of classic Spanish cooking at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!’s Paella Cooking Demo. On Friday, September 12, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Executive Chef Eric Jorgensen will teach you how the Valencian dish is filled with flavor at every step.

Soak up Chef’s expertise as you enjoy a five-course meal featuring classic pintxos and tapas like Scallops with Saffron Butter, Tortilla Española, and Loup de Mer al Pil Pil, ultimately leading to a serving from the paella presentation. In true Spanish fashion, each course will be paired with a beverage to complement the dish.
