On Wednesday, August 14 Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! Executive Chef Eric Jorgensen and Mon Ami Gabi Executive Chef David Koehn join culinary forces for a Basque Pig Roast. From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, savor Basque Country Flavors with their European-inspired BBQ at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! on 2024 N. Halsted.

The 4-course Spanish and French feast includes pintxos like Basque Cider Braised Chorizo and Foie Gras Mousse, summer salads, a whole roasted pig from Slagel Family Farms, sides like Braised Judion Beans, and more. Enjoy paired beverages with each course plus porron pours all afternoon! Revel in the flavors & fun of two cuisines, cultures, and chef teams coming together.
