From September 17 to September 30, we’re serving up a glass of Sierra Cantabria Crianza alongside a house-made croqueta featuring rich, authentic Spanish COVAP chorizo. True to classic Spanish tradition — where tapas originally served as covers (tapar) for your drink — your croqueta comes served right on top of your wine glass on a mini plate.
