On Saturday, November 4, master the art of preparing paella at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!’s Paella Cooking Demo, led by Executive Chef Eric Jorgensen. From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, learn how the Valencian dish is filled with flavor at every step.

Soak up Chef’s expertise and insights throughout the afternoon as you enjoy a five-course meal featuring classic pintxos and tapas like Chorizo Wrapped Dates and Tortilla Española, ultimately leading up to a serving from the paella presentation. In true Spanish fashion, each course will be paired with a beverage to complement the dish.
