Nestled in the Biscay Bay, San Sebastián is known for its fresh seafood from the Atlantic Ocean and cheeses and meats from the pigs and lamb that roam the Pyrenees Mountains. Curated by Executive Chef Eric Jorgensen, the menu highlights these quintessential ingredients from the welcome pintxo and greeting cocktail to dessert with our Basque Cheesecake.
